I agree too about Vern, but PLEASE, PLEASE, give the man some software
that helps him run backorders and ship stuff out when it arrives.  He's
so busy, and having to manually run backorders to get the orders shipped
is ridiculous.  When the parts come in, the backorders should
automatically be run, and in the order of kit sold....NOT who yells the
loudest or calls the most.  Very frustrating to hear about kit #999
getting their stuff before my kit #189 order was filled.

Also, I recommend Amy in avionics for a raise too.
