I have the quick build and the aft spar was in both the wing and subwing. They meet perfectly at the aft spar. That doesn't mean much as far as meeting in the right place obviously.
So the problem I have is the factory skinning of the lower stub wing might be wrong! What a surprise. I'll call Lancair and get their opinion.
