Bill & others;
This is a variation of the statement that is on the face of
the Special Airworthiness Certificate, FAA 8130-7 which
every experimental- amateur built has.
It says in bold print "THIS CERTIFICATE MUST BE DISPLAYED IN
THE AIRCRAFT IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE FEDERAL AVIATION
REGULATIONS."
And the Operating Limitations in #1 says--
"These operating limitations are a part of
the FAA Form 8130-7, special airworthiness certificate, and are to be carried in
the aircraft at all times for availability to the pilot in command of the
aircraft."
So--- no big deal-- All airplanes need to display the
Registration and Airworthiness Certificate.
