Greetings,

I just installed the pitot/static lines in my 320 and am trying to add Jim Frantz’s AOA Pro.  The problem I am running into is that the “T” fittings that Jim provides are for 1/4" NylaFlo tubing and I am using 3/16” NylaFlo.  The “T” fitting is used to tap into both the pitot and static lines and has a barbed nipple for the thin spaghetti tubing that runs to the AOA computer.  The nipple is threaded 10-32.  So, I thought I would just use a brass Poly-Flo “T” fitting and tap one of the ends for the 10-32.  No such luck!  The ID of the 264P-03 is exactly 3/16” (to accommodate the NylaFlo tube, of course).

I e-mailed Jim and he does not have any fittings off the shelf that will work for my application.

So, what to do?  Has anyone out there used the AOA with 3/16” NylaFlo?  If so, what was your solution to tap into the pitot and static lines?

Thanks!
