The new owner can do any work he desires, minor or major. The only thing
he can't do is the annual Condition Inspection. That must be done by the
builder, assuming he applied for and has the Repairmans Certificate for
this airplane, or an A&P.

If a lancair is purchased from an owner builder, can the new owner work
on the plane. If yes, what can be done? is it the same as a certified
