Hi
If a lancair is purchased from an owner builder, can the new owner work on the plane. If yes, what can be done? is it the same as a certified aircraft, or is there more that can be done. I thought I was told that work could be performed, but I wouldn't be allowed to do the annual.
Where can I find the rules regarding this.
