Does anyone has any opinion on using the horizontal stab (carbon fiber) as groundplane for com antenna?
Silvio, why don't you use the type of antenna that doesn't require a ground plane and put it in the vertical stab?
Bob Archer sells an antenna that works here. My com #1 antenna is in the v. stab and works great.
