I am building a 1997 L-4PT using the Frank Fry conversion from Australia at
my home in San Jose, California. I plan on using the 30 gallon fuel under
the pilot's peddles and underbelly as a header tank, and a 20/30 gallon aux
in the baggage compartment. I so far only have 88 gallons in the wings. I
plan to build out the wings for more fuel where the speed brakes are and
where ever else is possible, but this is not my biggest issue , presently.
Fuselage top is already on along with a built pressurized door. I know, but
I bought it that way, knowing it would extend my build time.
I have ordered my Walter 601D and prop. I also have ordered the Blue
Mountain EFIS and auto-pilot, prior to the price increase. Hope it works???
