Too bad I am 1000 miles away from my builder's log and my memory isn't good enough to remember 8 years back.
But, I think the construction manual gives a good idea of what (ergo how much weights to use. It is better to err on the side of too much weight. After the elevator is painted, it must be rebalanced and it is easiest to drill out the excess lead and no one can see the inside face of the control horn with the elevator at neutral.
