Ian; Yes it is a particular batch of clamps,with utterly no way to identify them.And yes keep an eye on the clamp.I have sent all the new clamps I have back to the manufacturer for repair,This process could take at least 3 weeks,for the manufacturer is in australia.No need to panic yet..Scott
