Consequently, I am planning to sell my IV project. It is a very early IV (non pressurized) from when the molds were still fresh and the parts fit together without much shaping or sanding. I have the complete kit (what used to be called the A, B and C kits). The wings are closed. All the fuselage bulkheads and the firewall are installed. The wings, HS and gear box are NOT fitted to the fuselage, but I have talked to the factory about them doing this on the factory jig through the builder assist program and they do not have a problem with doing it. After having that done you will be a bit ahead of the latest super ultra extra fast build after it goes through the Lancair factory builder assist program. At that point you are looking at doing all the system work and the finishing. The kit is currently stored in northern CA, just a 6 hour drive from the Lancair factory and can fit in the back of a U-Haul. I see from your e-mail address that you are located somewhere in Canada. What part of Canada? I am current in Canada myself, visiting my folks in the Toronto area. If you would like to talk more about the kit, you are welcome to call me on my cell phone at 208-699-4424.
