One of our EAA chapter members just completed a Cozy Mk IV and has a mount from RAM (see your Chief catalog) that holds his Pocket PC in a position where it is most convenient for use. The software is out there for inflight updates of weather, including radar, and of course, GPS navigation - moving map, and so on.
