      I hope you took note of Christopher Zavatson's post yesterday
concerning installation of  a fuel pressure gage.  I wholeheartedly agree
with it.  An off-field landing in a Lancair is not a challenge that I would
be looking forward to.  The more instruments that I have to monitor power
plant performance the better.  In other words, the small cost of a fuel
pressure gage is very cheap insurance protection, considering the potential
benefit.
