I've been participating on this forum since Marv first started it many, many moons ago, and even before that when we had a nice, small, close knitt community of Lancair builders & pilots at the AVSIG homebuilt forum (yeah, the good old days!).  Funny thing is, I can't remember a time when the following dicussions regarding lawsuit threats was ever our main topic of discussion or a source of concern.
