I'm thinking I will try to do that also. I do have a question though. If I understand correctly, the latch engages automatically when the handle is moved down to the closed position. If that is the case, won't it lock you in the cabin when you close and latch the canopy? How will you release the lock to let yourself out in the event of an emergency or power failure?
