The ability to communicate freely  concerning aircraft
safety is essential for the experimental community,
and such communication should be able to be freely
carried out without the threat of lawsuits.  Doug Pohl
should simply state what he perceives to be the facts
in response to Rick's assertions instead of
threatening to sue Rick.  This forum has always been a
venue where dissenting opinions could be stated
without threats being made, and should continue to be
such a forum.
