Doug,
You are correct, I took it upon myself to report this accident to people I care about, pilots and passengers. The information I got was public information and nothing more. My self interest is very clear, safety is number one. I have always believed that your company has not had the same interest as I have along these lines. You sent me this threatening e-mail and this public one. If I have said anything that is not true please enlighten me. I will apologize for anything that I said that is not correct. My feelings about your business practices are mine and that is not slander. Every time we lose an experimental plane we Lose more of our freedoms to design and build our planes.
I am very sorry for the family and friends of the occupants of the plane that crashed. I hope that it does not happen again.
Let me be very clear. If I have said anything that is inaccurate in my post, I apologize, please correct me.
Dear Rick,(snip)
You are correct Rick that the Duke crashed last week on Wednesday night in
IFR conditions with the loss of two of our own. #############################################################
