I just got a private post from Doug Pohl threatening me with a law suit if I do not retract my post.  I have asked twice for information from him about the accident and he refuses to give out anything.  I have stated my feelingsand understanding of the accident,  and as far as I know that is my right.  If I have misspoken the facts as I know them I am sorry, but if they are wrong then Doug make them right.
