Bill, depends on which engine yu're flying behind. I'm flying with
an O-235 (slightly pumped up with the Hi-comp pistons) and I'm doing
just fine with the smaller cooler, once I inscreased the SCAT diameter
to # inchces - it's fed from about a 3/5 inch NACA scoop.

After reading what I posted yesterday, I see several things that need
correcting. Would have been alright if I'd spent more time prof-reading
what I write, sorry about that!
Actually, why do we add such auperfluous letters as the "o" to the word
"you" anyway? "Yu" still sounds ok to me. And "inscreasing" is actually
the correct word when applied to "SCAT" tubing, so I'll let that stand.
The real problem is in the numbers; the SCAT tube diameter was inscreased
to 3 inches and it's fed from a 3.5 inch (about) NACA scoop.
In the winter, even here in Southern Calif., I've had to block the
cooler off nearly 90% to keep the oil temp up in the middle of the green.
