You might try Aircraft Engravers at http://www.engravers.net/.  They do panels, rocker switches, fuel caps, etc.  They sent me a brochure, and their samples look reasonable.

On another issue, I'm curious how your vertical card compass works located between the radios and breakers.  I've planned mine for the same location, hoping I can deal with any magnetic disturbances.
