Actually, I remember reading somewhere that the theory of oil coming
from decayed organic matter is in question. It seems that the
exploration industry has found very deep and numerous deposits of oil
that could not possibly have come from dino deposits.
Seems that our old mother earth is some how making the stuff. Oil may
truly be a replenishing resource.

Let's see now. The dinosaurs occured more than a few million years ago
and eventually turned into crude oil so it seems that 7 years in a mineral
oil state shouldn't be too long.<<<
