I have had a core failure in the seat back top rail on my 360, still under construction. I have cored out the Nomex and have put a single-ply graphite BID reinforcement on the top side. Now I need to replace the core -- preferably with Rohacell -- add the BIDs back on the bottom side, and add the graphite BID on the bottom side. The failure was not dramatic, but I heard crinkling sounds each time I sat on the rail. I figured now was the time to fix it. - Rob Wolf
