What you are looking for I believe is an SAE O-ring adjustable boss
to a 37 degree flare fitting. The fitting is available through A/C 
Spruce but:

Get Aeroquip Industrial Connectors catalog JA316.  With this catalog all
your fitting, hose and adapter problems are solved and at a reasonable
price too.  The Aeroquip part number is 2062-6-6s but check your pump
threads to be sure.  Check out the Aeroquip Super Jem fittings if you
like to make up your own hose like I did.  Also check out the Teflon
conductive hose with SS braid FC465 and FC 469.

Every oil, hydraulic, pneumatic and fuel hose fitting for my Lancair came
from this catalog with the exception of the very common aluminum AN
fittings which were from A/C Spruce or Wicks.  All the fittings in the
engine compartment with the exception of the big  -8 oil fittings are
steel.  I used -3 fittings for the brakes and various sensor taps, -4 for
the high pressure fuel,  fuel transfer lines and hydraulics, -6 for the
low pressure fuel line feed, and -8 fittings for the oil.  


There is lots of hose and fittings in one of these installations,
more than I would have imagined.  You need a good connector catalog.  My
favorite is the JA316 -- try 419-238-1190 and don't mention aircraft,
otherwise you get the special aircraft catalog with longer part numbers
and special prices.
