My tailcone is twisted. One side of the h-stab saddle is higher than the
other. When I asked the factory how come and what to do, all I got was just
rebuild it.

Question What is the best way to make the h-stab horizontal? Cut off the
high saddle or cut off the low saddle and extend the support???
