The BBQ is palatable as long as you wash it down with one of the local
Micro-brews which Lancair provides in reasonable quantities.

Agree with you all about Texas BBQ, though. Once went to a Texan friend's
home for BBQ dinner. After I got out of the hospital and spent a couple of
months in speech therapy, I was fine.
