I have only missed one fly-in since they started hosting them about 10 years ago. Its just a fantastic opportunity to see all the new toys, meet all the people you have been corresponding with on the LML, see the latest avionics, inspect all the Lancairs (usually between 40 - 50 airplanes), bet on the race, meet the staff , tour the factory, etc., etc., etc.... Try it - you'll like it.
