There's a better way of trimming the roll axis than going through the labor
intensive (and ugly results) of making and installing a trim tab.  All
fighters, big jets and many GA aircraft trim by moving the neutral position
of the controls.  This can be done on the LNC2.

The method has been described before and is in the archives.  This method
does not create weight inside the aileron which then has to be balanced with
yet far more weight.  The method involves placing a trim servo on the floor
under the control stick area.  Attach the ends of one bungee cord to the
lower end of each control stick.  Fasten the center of this bungee to the
trim servo with necessary connecting pieces.  This system is out of sight,
easier to fabricate, eliminates weight inside the aileron which saves still
more weight and leaves the aileron pristine.  When a heavy wing is trimmed
the servo repositions the neutral position of the stick.  The bungee also
keeps the stick centered while on the ground because it's spring loaded
centered.
