This message is for the author of the note recently about US Government
advisory circulars placed in his builders log.

I have called the GPO, and the correct phone number to order Advisory
Circulars is 202-512-1800, not 512-0132.  Also, they could not find
AC-20-139 nor AC-20-27E.

I wrote these AC numbers down from your posting, and might have erred.
If the advisory circular numbers are correct, could you please state the
names of these circulars for me?
