Bob,

I did not use any soundproofing in my ES and have not ever been sorry.  I sue 
the old standard Clark 13.4 headsets and have no problem whatsoever.  I 
didn't install the soundproof material because of weight.  I found my plane 
to be heavy anyway so the decision was easy to make.  E-mail any further
