Hold off on bonding the top on until you have done everything you possibly can to the top and the fuselage. As shown, I was able to install the overhead, pressure bulkhead, door frame and door, most of the wiring, much of the soundproofing and all the brackets and widgets prior to gluing the top on.

While the top was upside down I made the 2" wide by 4 bid bezel rings to go around the windows. These rings were later covered with leather and glued in place to finish off the head liner.

The only major things I did post top were the door latches and the top to bottom bid.

The last shot shows the mini bulkhead that I designed into the aft spar. The tapered flange mates to a cuff that is bonded into the fuselage. On the face of the bulkhead I have a CPC connector for the wing's electrics, a coax connector for the NAV antennas and AN bulkhead fittings for the fuel lines. Doing it this way eliminated the need for the lower wing root inspection hatch and eliminated the flex hose fuel line. Also eliminated is the aft spar pressure cover.
