All:
A fellow list member printed some hard copies of AutoCAD ES drawings for
me. I've scanned them into my computer as a non-vector graphics format
for use in simple paint programs. I also took the liberty of adding a
bit more detail to the drawings so forgive me if there are any
inaccuracies and happy electronic painting.
