I've heard that some builders have made covers for their access ports to tidy up the area. Prevent snow packing, etc. Anyone done that? Or is it just a nasty rumor? Any suggestions? Care to share? Back to building basics.  I’d appreciate = your expertise.

 

I’m into building my IV-P horizontal = tail.  I have opened hinge access “ports” in the lower leading edge = of the elevators.  I’ve heard that some builders have made covers = for their access ports to tidy up the area.
