If anyone desires to compile accident information on Lancair IV's or any
other aircraft for that matter. You can access the accident files for
the National Transportation Safety Board at ntsb.gov.  The have a
database file going back to 1983 (15 years) for nearly every conceivable
type of aircraft.  Most of these reports are in a short, one paragraph
descriptive narrative.  If you want more details, some files do have
expanded information.
