I believe it would be possible to put in the door & frame later after bonding the top on, but I believe it would be harder. Getting the overhead console in might be another difficult proposition because you are doing everything overhead and my console does not fit very well! I opted to install the frame/door without bonding because I want the top off as long as possible for any checkouts needed as the engine, panel, and all electrical and mechanical connections are made.
