It seam that the only blue print available shows the ribs somewhat over size. This dimension is also conflicting to the dimension of the manual on page 184. Further Fig. 178 show a cross section through the hinge at BL-35 this is not where the hinge are I suspect they ment BL30.5 But again the thickness ratios are the determining factor in getting this airfoil close to the designed shape.
