X-Original-Date: Fri, 31 May 2002 19:50:00 +0000 X-Mailer: AT&T Message Center Version 1 (Apr 29 2002) X-Original-Message-Id: <20020531195000.UMXF13253.rwcrmhc54.attbi.com@rwcrwbc56> Greetings, I am in the process of installing all of the antennas in my 320 and running coax. I am somewhat at a loss as to where I should put the ELT. I have the ACK E-01 ELT that is removable with a portable antenna for you to carry with you in case you leave the wreckage. For this reason, I would like to have it in a location relatively easy to get at, yet not in the way for normal operations. The baggage compartment is a logical choice, but somewhat in the way for normal operations. A restriction of this ELT is that it has to be mounted length-wise in the fuselage (e.g., small ends pointing fore and aft). Any suggestions? What has worked for the rest of you? Thanks!
