For access, cut an opening in the end rib just as you did for the pitot
tube.  Core and flox a horizontal pad for the small/large tube, drill #60
hole and then flox large tube to pad with paper clip in hole to preserve
hole.  Drill a hole in bottom wing skin with hole saw so that small/large
tube can protrude through wing skin.  Micro and cut flush with wing after
closing wing.  Core small pad for the other square, flox with paper clip.
