Can anyone please tell me how thick one ply of bid is. ????



I'm building the Elevator idler and would like to leave

space for 4 bid plies.

[Unless you're vacuum bagging you can figure on about 0.010"-0.012"

per BID ply thickness.  It's about the same as a single layer of duct

tape... that's why the manual recommends using 1 layer of tape per BID

ply when applying release tapes.
