Steve Waltner is probably correct, however the "legend" was passed on to me
by an AF One-star I used to work with so, if it's good enough for him, it's
good enough for me. Besides, any part of an Interstate Highway, as an
emergency runway beats some farmer's corn field or the cumulus granitus that
sticks up all over this part of the US of A.
