Scott,

Upon closer inspection I have no idea what you're commenting about.
Particularly, if your comments were in reference to the painted surface,
you are looking at a fog line (paint overspray).  If your talking about
the tip of the pipes themselves you're looking at grinder marks.  Beyond
that I can't really see any difference in the pipes than they looked the
day I hung them.  What gives?
