Alas, my plane is still not repaired.

The nose gear, when bolted to the engine mount, and nothing else, still has too much friction. We have sent the gear to a machine shop to mill off a small amount next to the "axle". This will make the axle shaft a small amount longer.

Should be able to put the plane back together on Monday.

I wish that I could have made the Penns Cave Flyin.
