Gents,
I'm wondering what to use and how to make a rounded edge for our
glareshield.  This being the aft edge over the panel where one wants to grab
as a handhold.  I'm interested in having a diameter which will allow for
padding.  Also,  it should stiffen the glareshield and hold the curve of the
instrument panel.
Another question for you who are experienced here is how much overhang aft
of the instrument panel is possible without blocking the panel view while
maximizing the sun shading.
Any and all answers and ideas will be greatfully appreciated.
