In regard to defrosting/defogging the LNC2 canopy, I did make a serious
effort to do that. I built an air duct across the top of the dust cover
with a series of slots cut to direct the warm air up toward the canopy and
installed a small fan and (Y) air valve to allow selection of defog or floor
heat. The effort was not completely successful in that on the very humid
days when the canopy is cold before take-off there really is not enough air
flow to do the job. I think I need a larger fan. The small fan does help
the situation though and as soon as I get off the ground there is no
problem.
