At 12, 500 32 GPH at about 260kts. 30-32 GPH will provide 140kts at low alt. (2-3000ft agl). Been there and done that. Comparisons with Lear 25s ( or anyone's pure jet) are not at all valid. Again, don't judge til you fly. As pointed out, there are few a/c that have a 700 NM range and fewer still that can do it in under 2.5 hrs.
