Finally, with a coat of wax I should be able to get her to FL for the Sun 100. I hope others will attend if for the heckling if nothing else. Looking forward to watching Grayhawk entertain us with his spritely takeoff
Larry,
Hah! You have taken the bait! I too have just finished my annual condition check. I have added dual dip
sticks and full-race hub caps. I have emptied ten pounds of crap from the glove box and coated the aircraft skin with Teflon. I also painted the back of my prop -- dull black Krylon since, over time, it will become just as
chipped. I look forward to seeing you finally arrive at the finish line.
BTW, Grayhawk doesn't just "takeoff" - It becomes an alteration of metaphysical stasis, using transcendental powers (both mental and internal combustion) to momentarily displace one's galactic location, on a predermined trip through time and space (so to speak) and to return, almost instantaneously, to the origin by cleverly avoiding the obstacles erected by Satan -- gravitational pull, molecular drag and hot air arising from other's false claims of airborne prowess.
Grayhawk.... N92EX
PS- Stuka, Grease, Visconsin Arnie, U-Turn take note!
