Any good suggestions for Lancair friendly places to stop along my route from
Granbury, TX. to Lakeland, even though I have the range to make it, would be
greatly appreciated.

I stopped overnight at Meridian MS (KMEI) on my way home from SnF last year. There was a cold front moving in and the FBO was kind enough to put my plane in their hanger overnight (huge hanger behind FBO). They wouldn't let me pay them for it. I did buy fuel but was still pleasantly surprised by their genuine hospitality. It may be a little north of your route however.
Flightline FBO at Tallahassee FL (KTLH) had very good service. Didn't ask about a hanger there but I expect it might be a little pricey. Very swanky place. Half dozen biz jets taking up space on the ramp. What can I say, sometimes you just have to put up with the riffraff. <G>
