My aileron vibration problem was fixed by adding a 3-bid layup on the entire
span of the aileron and a half-moon rib stiffener right in the middle.  I did
not drill drain holes since I only installed one rib.  Prior to this mod, the
leading edge can be flexed by hand.  After the mod, it's stiff as can be, no
flexing at all...  Cured ALL aileron vibration problems!
