I'm looking for a method of pushing a IVP into a hanger with a slight up
hill environment.  Any suggestions?

I have just experienced a sticking emergency valve in my IVP.  Since a prior
newsletter discussing the problem, I have religiously sequenced the gear
with the emergency pump to assure operation.  Last week, it would not work.
The pump had no pressure and it did not work until several sequences of
electric operation.  Is there a fix?

The plane has 210 hours over two years and to date has performed very well
with minor glitches such as this.  But it would be a shame to lose a plane
because the emergency pump doesn't fulfil its mission.
