I have a difficult time hearing this kind of language from a "fellow pilot".
I only have one reply.  Who do you think deems an aircraft airworthy before
flight???

I'm not arguing about wether the aircraft is airworthy or not......That's
not my decision....I wasn't flying the dang thing and didn't inspect it to
make a decision.....neither did you.  The PIC determines whether a craft is
airworthy or not.....no one else.  Yours, mine, and everyone elses monetary
risk has nothing to do with it.
