I looked at several posts in the 1999-2000 time frame and I'm still not sure what I intend to do. First off. There seem to be at least four variations of countersink Tinnermans. Two diameters of flange type per the illustration in the current AC Spruce catalog, pg. 96 described as finishing washer type NAS390 (603). The type shown as countersink NAS391 (601) and a fourth type that I got by standing at the counter and comparing types which is the number mentioned as being shipped by Lancair, NAS390BxP where x is 6, 8 or 10 screw size. The illustration is NOT of that washer number. The washer is more like the countersink version except with just a small amount of roll lip on the top (imagine taking the illustrated countersink washer and latheing most of the outer diameter off. At this point I want to know if there is also just a cone countersink washer (all of the outer diameter gone)? Secondly, Jim Frantz, when you made your countersink tool, did you do it for the flush type of washer? Thanks, Charles R.
